Employment and Volunteer Opportunities at Hell’s Backbone Grill

We are always happy to receive and review applications from enthusiastic, open-hearted and hard-working people interested in joining us for work in Boulder. Our season runs from March until the end of November.

There are three stages to our interview process: First, write us a letter telling us what work you would like to do at HBG, what skills you can share and the length of time you can commit. We give priority to people who are able to commit to the entire season. Let us know if you are also interested in applying for housing. Second, make an appointment for a phone interview with us. Third, come visit us and lend your skills for a day or two to see if it’s a good fit.

Volunteers and WWOFers should write a similar letter as job applicants. We will be happy to help you find a good camping spot or direct you to a room, if available.

Hell’s Backbone Grill also offers work internships for accredited programs.
