Indigo Pickles is a project of longtime, beloved Hellion, Lacy. You may recognize her from the dining room or from Little Bone, our new food truck on the grounds of Boulder Mountain Lodge. The spices used in Indigo Pickles are ethically sourced from Rajasthan, India and infused in pickled vegetables and jams here in Boulder, Utah.
