Take some of southern Utah's finest orchard fruit, cook it up in a giant pot with a long-handled wooden spoon and carefully can it in a boiling water bath... or let us do the hard part for you. (Now all you have to do is push the button on the toaster!)
This was not a bountiful fruit year for our farm, or for much of Boulder. A combination of late spring frost & high winds were partially to blame. So our offerings this season will be precious & limited. We’re thankful that some of our neighboring small towns shared some of their bounty with us, so we can in turn, share with you!
